Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund approval will be initiated.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used Body Care and Ayurveda supplements/vitamins cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchange
